We understand that when you arrange an occasion, you want to make sure you have the right event planning support behind you, ensuring your day is perfect. We get asked a lot of questions from prospective clients, so we thought we would clear up some of our most commonly asked questions below so you can find out a little more about our services.

We ourselves are ‘party people’ and we know how to make a party flow.  We’re people – people.  That’s important because it means we listen, and we can then advise the best way forward to make your party shine! We’ve got massive amount of experience in party planning from Raj styled Arabian Nights, Mad Hatters Tea Party, Around the World, Masquerade, Midsummer Night and bespoke 21sts, 30ths, 40ths, 50ths & 60ths…

Yes we do.  40 guests would be about the smallest and we’ve arranged a corporate party for 850 in the past in an aircraft hanger in Dunsfold.

It varies. We present budgets in a format that is easy to understand and pretty flexible. We can estimate easily enough as we’ve got so much experience in dealing with arranging parties, but it’s always worthwhile putting a budget together yourself. You should be realistic about calling an event planning company to arrange your party, there is a professional fee aligned to the service.

Of course!  We have a member of the planning team onsite for all our events.

All of it.  We can take care of everything from the design of the invitations, menu tastings, drinks planning, marquee, flowers, entertainment, styling and more…

Based in Surrey, most of the parties we arrange are based around the surrounding areas. However, we’ve worked all over UK and into Europe for our clients.  We have also planned many parties for lots of internationally based clients coming into the UK for special events.

Yes. We have arranged Halloween parties, 18th & 21st birthday parties, baby showers, after-prom parties (that kick off at 0100am!) …dance parties…

Absolutely! We specialise in catering for weddings and parties, particularly those held in marquee settings.

Yes, we offer easy-to-understand wedding catering packages which typically includes canapés, main meals, desserts, cheese boards, coffee & tea stations and evening snack food. We understand that every wedding is unique and so all would be tailored to fit your requirements.

We do. For us, it is all the same business as usual from Monday – Saturday.
