We understand that when you have an event to organise, you want to make sure you have the right event planning support behind you, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the day and you can relax knowing that every detail has been thought of for you. It’s understandable to have a lot of questions at the beginning, so we’ve summed up here below a few of the most frequently asked questions which hopefully you’ll find helpful.

We have over 20 years’ experience planning events for both our private and corporate clients. We treat each enquiry as a bespoke event offering creative ideas, detailed planning, budget management and onsite organisation, taking all the stress out of planning your event and leaving you to relax and enjoy yourself knowing everything’s been taken care of! Whatever the occasion, whatever the theme, we are a friendly bunch of experienced event professionals and we’re here to help!

Most of our events range from 40 – 150 guests but we have arranged private dinner parties for approximately 20 people and corporate events for up to 850 in an aircraft hanger in Dunsfold!

It varies quite a bit! We present budgets in a format that is easy to understand and pretty flexible. We can estimate easily enough as we’ve got so much experience in dealing with arranging parties, but it’s always worthwhile having a realistic idea of your budget in your own mind too. Bear in mind, there is always a professional fee aligned to any event planning service.

Of course! We have a member of the planning team onsite for all our events unless you don’t feel you need us there.

We can arrange as much or as little as you need! We can take care of everything from the design of the invitations, catering, drinks planning, marquee supply, flowers, entertainment, theming and styling and so much more… Or if you simply need a marquee or a caterer, we can help with just that too.

Yes. We’re master ‘crafters’ of themes.

Our Head Office is based in Surrey but we organise events all over London and the Home Counties. We have also planned many parties for internationally based clients coming into the UK for special events.

Yes. We have arranged Halloween parties, 18th & 21st birthday parties, baby showers, after-prom parties and dance parties…

Absolutely! We specialise in catering for private and corporate events, particularly those held in marquee settings. For more information, see our Catering page.
